You define the player you need and who may see the search. The system matches in the background, you receive match cards without names, and names become visible only when both sides approve.
Five steps from search to negotiation.
Registration and verification
You register, enter the club's details and submit a declaration. Our moderators check the club against public sources; we ask for a document only if it is needed. You can prepare your search in the meantime.
A search in three steps
Criteria, visibility, review: position, handedness, age, annual net budget and joining date. Further criteria sit under Refine. You can copy an earlier search as a new one.
Matching in the background
On activation, and daily after that, the system compares the search with available players — on sporting, financial, availability and geographic criteria. You see anonymous match cards with a match score.
Approach and answer
You send the selected player an approach. The player or their agent chooses one of three clear answers: Interested, Request more info, Not interested. For answers that defer, you can ask for a reminder.
Identification and negotiation
When both sides approve identification, the names become visible and the negotiation room opens: messages, documents, deadlines and structured offers.

Four visibility modes
Fully private, anonymised, for selected agents, or public within the closed network — you decide for each search.
Anonymous match cards
Position, age band, height band, league level, availability, languages, handedness and the reasons for the match — without a name. You can compare up to three cards side by side.
Verified counterparts
Only verified players appear, and players whom a verified agent represents under an active mandate. A mandate is active once the player has approved it and a moderator has checked the mandate document; for a player without an account, a moderator can approve on the player's behalf.
Quick search, edit, copy
A new search in three steps. Editing re-runs the matching, an earlier search can be copied as a new one, and an expired search can be reactivated.
Reminders and new terms
For “Maybe later” or “Only for a higher offer” answers you can set a reminder. If you change the terms, the player side is notified and can answer again.
Negotiation room with structured offers
Net annual salary, start date, contract length, buy-out or transfer fee, bonuses and validity — versioned offers that the player side accepts, declines or counters. Document uploads and downloads are logged.
