For staff members · coaches, physiotherapists, analysts

Look around the market without your current club knowing.

You state how open you are to a move and set whom you are hidden from. Clubs see your professional details without your name: your role, your licence and your experience. Your name and your current club become visible only when you — or the agent who represents you — approve. More opportunities, better decisions.

How it works

Five steps, with you in control throughout.

  1. Registration and verification

You register as a staff member, complete your profile and submit a declaration. Our moderators check against public sources; we ask for a licence, a diploma or any other document only if it is needed. If your agent has already created your profile, you take it over with a takeover link.

  2. Profile, availability and hiding

You enter your role (you can select several), your licence or qualification, your experience and the teams you have worked with. You choose how open you are: actively looking, open to a good offer, only for an exceptional opportunity, or not available. You can hide from your current club and exclude countries.

  3. Matching in the background

The system compares your profile with clubs' active staff searches: the role must match, and the other criteria (for example licence, experience and languages) add to the score. It never matches you with clubs in excluded countries. On the Club needs page you can also express interest in anonymous staff searches yourself.

  4. Approach and answer

When a club approaches you, you choose one of three answers: Interested, Request more info, Not interested. The club's identity is still hidden at this point; you see its region, league level and the role it is looking for.

  5. Identification and negotiation

When you (or the agent who represents you under an active mandate) and the club both approve, the names become visible and the negotiation room opens with the club's offer: net annual salary, start date, contract length, bonuses and validity.

What stays hidden, and when

What clubs see — and what they do not.

There is no public staff list. Clubs see your professional details only after a match and without your name, and every further step depends on your approval.

Your name, your current club and your exact age
When it becomes visible: Hidden until mutual identification. Identification can be approved by you or by the agent who represents you under an active mandate.
Towards your current club
When it becomes visible: If you hide from it, your current club cannot find you at all — not on an anonymous match card and not through an agent's recommendation. If you choose the club from the platform's club list, hiding takes effect once the club has registered and been verified by our moderators.
Clubs in excluded countries
When it becomes visible: Never matched with you.
Licence and qualification details, your career
When it becomes visible: The anonymous card shows only your licence level, your experience band and the highest level you have worked at so far. The details, your career and your reference links become visible after identification.
Your intent to move and your salary expectation
When it becomes visible: On the anonymous card your intent to move shows only as a broad group, not your exact status. Of your salary expectation a club sees only whether it fits its budget; the exact figure is never shown, not even after identification.
How it works, step by step
What you get

What you get as a staff member.

Four availability levels

Actively looking, open to a good offer, only for an exceptional opportunity, or not available — optionally with an expiry date, after which the status switches to “not available”.

Hiding and excluded countries

Hide from your current club, and exclude entire countries.

An anonymous professional card

Select one or more of eight roles: head coach, assistant coach, goalkeeper coach, strength and conditioning coach, physiotherapist, rehabilitation coach, video analyst and youth coach. The card shows your role, licence level, experience, highest level so far, languages, region and availability — not your name, your current club or your exact age.

Who can see me now?

An overview shows who can see your profile right now, and the viewing log shows the viewer's role (club, agent, moderator) — never the name. You can download your data in machine-readable form and request the deletion of your account.

Approaches and a negotiation room

Clubs approach you on the basis of a match, and you answer with three clear options. On the Club needs page you can also apply to anonymous staff searches. After identification you go through versioned offers in one negotiation room: net annual salary, start date, length, bonuses.

With or without an agent

If an agent represents you, you approve the mandate yourself and can revoke it at any time. You can also use the platform without an agent.

An independent platform: we are not an agency, and we do not represent players.
